Blue Crush Concierge, in Tofino has selected VRScheduler software to manage their vacation rental cleaning staff and operations. They have integrated VRScheduler with AirBnb, VRBO and other booking platforms to import bookings and automate their schedules. They are also using the VRScheduler Quickbooks Online integration to streamline their payroll processes.
Blue Crush Concierge + Cleaning is the largest cleaning company in Tofino, B.C.. They are locally run by Ashley Wells and Erika Greenland and are always striving to give staff work life balance to allow them to enjoy the surf, rainforest and fresh air that the peninsula offers.
Blue Crush was looking for a solution to helping them schedule their staff. They had been using paper calendars and T-Sheets and were looking for a more automated system.
VRScheduler attracted them because of the automatic syncing with iCals, the calendar feeds provided by platforms like AirBnb and VRBO.
